Acclaim Projects now allow PMOs to set up a project template with Accolade conditional deliverables

Accolade process models contain conditional deliverables that are hidden or exposed in projects based on metric values. Acclaim Projects now enables PMOs to set up an Acclaim Projects template with these metrics in mind. When creating an Acclaim Projects template from an Accolade project, all deliverables and activities are created and made visible in the template, but these conditional deliverables and activities are only visible to authorized PMO users. Authorized users can manage all conditional deliverables or activities in templates.

PMOs and Project Managers can now set WIP Limits on Kanban Board project Inflight columns

Acclaim Projects now allows PMOs and Project Managers to set WIP Limits, minimum and maximum, on Inflight sub-state columns on Kanban projects. This assists teams in recognizing which states are under capacity or approaching or exceeding capacity.

To do this, go to the Kanban Board tab on your project or project template, click on the three-dot menu corresponding to any Inflight sub-state column, select Set WIP Limit, and enter your values.

Fixed issue with the Detailed Funding report

Previously, the Detailed Funding report was failing to generate. This has been rectified, and now the report is generated as expected.
Fixed milestone duplication issue with integrated Accolade projects

Previously, when applying an Acclaim Projects template to an integrated Accolade project, duplicate milestones were being created. This has been rectified, and now works as expected.

Acclaim Projects August 2024 has no deprecated or removed functionality.
