New Functionality & Enhancements

  • New Search Capabilities

    Now, when you look for projects in Accolade Projects, the results display across the entire page rather than being limited to a small section. Viewing and choosing from long lists of projects is much simpler as a result.

    Additionally, there are new filters available to help narrow down your search. These are particularly helpful if you’re unsure of the project’s exact name or ID but remember details like who is participating or the project’s status.

  • Mark a task Complete for All Users

    If a task is assigned to several people, project managers can now mark it as complete for everyone at once. Instead of updating each individual’s “Task Complete” box separately, you can finish the process in a single action for all team members.

  • Filter Indicators

    On the My Projects pages, it may not always be apparent when filters are in use on the project list. The introduction of a filter indicator significantly enhances visibility and management of applied filters. When filters are active, a filter icon is displayed, indicating the number of filters currently engaged (e.g., “3” for three active filters). This provides users with an immediate visual cue that the displayed list is filtered rather than comprehensive. Filter indicators have been implemented on the following pages:

    • My Projects (Brief)

    • My Projects (Detailed)

    • Workspace – My Projects

  • Linking Accolade Project Tasks to Accolade Deliverables

    Customers using Accolade integration can now easily switch between Accolade Projects and related deliverables. In the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) grid, task names from Accolade are clickable links, letting you access deliverables directly from APJ without manual searches.

 

Bug Fixes

  • Timecard totals align with their respective date columns

  • Manage tasks no longer gives 404 error

  • Labels in Edit Deliverable dialog no longer duplicated

  • Timecard Header/Dates are frozen and no longer scroll off the page with long lists of tasks

  • Administer timecard Clear Filter functionality fixed

  • Page flickering on refresh has been fixed.

  • Save Changes after modifying predecessors on the timeline tab has been fixed.
