New Functionality & Enhancements

• Accolade Projects now allows filtering and exporting of the Timeline view

  With this release, project managers can now filter their project’s Timeline to highlight what is more significant or relevant. Users can also filter by Critical Path, to get a quick view of the status of a project’s crucial items.

  To do this, on a project’s Timeline tab, click on the Filter button located to the right of the Gantt chart. On the filter dialog, select the column to filter by, the filter option, and enter the value to filter by, and click on Apply Filter.

  Additionally, users can export these filter results to a PDF, to record or share as needed. To do this, click on the Export button on the top-right of the Gantt chart.

• Timeline Gantt chart now automatically scrolls to the respective task

  This release gives users a quick new way to view task information on their projects’ Timeline Gantt charts. When on a project’s Timeline view, selecting a task on the left pane now ensures that the Gantt chart automatically horizontally scrolls to the relevant task as well, allowing for more efficient use of the Gantt chart.

• Project Users can now add Action Items from their Workspace

  Any user or power user assigned to a project can now add Action Items to their projects, from the My Tasks tab on their Workspace page. Previously, Issues and Risks could be added from this tab, and the enhancement of allowing all project users to add Action Items allows for better visibility of subsequent steps, across the team.
